Bressia Winery is a charming boutique establishment located in the heart of Mendoza's Lujan de Cuyo region. This family-owned winery is named after its founders, the Bressia family. Walter Bressia, the visionary winemaker, collaborates closely with his family members—Marita, Walter Junior, Alvaro, Antonella, and Matías Dellacasa—to uphold the rich traditions of winemaking. Minimal Intervention and Advanced Techniques

Bressia Winery is committed to producing limited batches of high-quality wines and grappa. Each bottle is crafted with care, allowing the unique characteristics of each vintage to shine through. The winery employs a philosophy of minimal human intervention, preserving the natural essence of the grapes. This approach is complemented by state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring that the wines maintain their integrity. The winery primarily uses Chenin and Malbec grapes to create a diverse range of red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines.

Ageing in French Oak Barrels

At Bressia, only the finest grapes are selected for vinification. The winery utilizes both French and American oak barrels to enhance the flavor profile of their wines. Ageing occurs in a subterranean cellar, located nearly six feet underground, housing around 500 oak barrels. This unique environment contributes to the development of complex flavors. Additionally, the winery produces Grappa, a nod to their Italian heritage, showcasing their commitment to traditional winemaking practices.
