Founded in 1903, fine-tuned and operated since 2009

Bodega Iaccarini is one of the oldest wineries in San Rafael, nestled in the fertile valley of Mendoza. Spanning 50 hectares in the Las Peredes District, this winery has a rich history rooted in the passion of its founder, a Neapolitan immigrant who brought his winemaking expertise to Argentina over a century ago. Since its inception, Bodega Iaccarini has been dedicated to the principles of sustainable viticulture and quality winemaking, leaving a lasting impact on the local wine culture.

Fertile Alluvial Soil for Exceptional Grapes

Bodega Iaccarini benefits from the region's unique alluvial soil, which has nurtured its vineyards for the past 25 years. The winery employs traditional viticulture methods, utilizing hail-resistant nets to protect the vines. Located at an altitude of 800 meters, the vineyards thrive despite the area's low rainfall and humidity, thanks to abundant sunlight. This combination results in grapes that are celebrated for their quality and flavor, contributing to the winery's reputation for producing high-quality wines that reflect the essence of the region.

A Century of Tradition and Quality

With a commitment to quality over quantity, Bodega Iaccarini continues to honor the winemaking traditions established generations ago. As a small-scale producer, the winery focuses on crafting exceptional wines that showcase the unique characteristics of its grapes. While modern techniques have been integrated into the winemaking process, the winery remains dedicated to preserving the rich viticultural heritage of Mendoza. This dedication ensures that the wines of Bodega Iaccarini maintain their esteemed status in the global wine community.

The winery is great! They provided us with a fantastic tour and then a great charcuterie with lots of wine. The wine is good and the tour guide is very informative. The property is a lot bigger than we expected! Overall, we loved it and recommend it to anyone exploring the area.

We were wonderfully attended by Gaston, who gave us a wine lesson! The history of Bodega Iaccarini is very beautiful and interesting. We traveled from Rio de Janeiro to be able to visit and try the wines and we were really happy. I highly recommend it. We will be back again.
