The construction of Cantina Santadi began in 1960, consisted of vitrified concrete tanks, where the then owners started selling bulk wines. In the 80s, new management was formed in collaboration with Dr. Giacomo, along with the launch of a new winemaking room, equipped with refrigerated steel tanks. In the following decade, many new structures were built, including a masonry, barrique room, bottling room, and warehouse, together with the old cellar’s renovation. Later in 2010, a photovoltaic system was introduced to save energy resources.
