Founded in 2008 by Andrea, La Neula is a family-run winery located in Telti, Sardinia. Andrea, originally from Milan, returned to his family's land to revitalize it and share the rich traditions of Gallura with both Italian and international visitors. The name "Neula" is inspired by the majestic mountains that rise above the fields, where olive trees flourish and vineyards stretch into the distance.
La Neula is situated in the picturesque Gallura region, at an elevation of 350 meters. The winery offers breathtaking views of Tavolara and Molara islands, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The proximity to the sea enriches the vineyards, giving the Vermentino of Gallura its distinctive minerality, complemented by the region's clay and granite soils. This area is renowned for producing high-quality Vermentino and Cannonau, with Vermentino holding the prestigious DOCG status. In addition to wine, La Neula also crafts extra virgin olive oil, honey, and Myrtle liqueur using traditional family recipes.

During the tasting he explained to us the different types of wine with their characteristics and different combinations. Giulia did an amazing job explaining her family’s winery! Her attention to detail explaining all the wines we tried for the tasting made the experience unbelievable. The board of meats, cheeses, honey and mirto berry jam, you can not get any better. Asia her dog was also an awesome addition to the tour. Can’t wait to take the wine we bought back and share it with our family. Will definitely be back in the future.

Giulia welcomed us perfectly in the family vineyard. She showed us the different crops, told us many interesting facts and then made us taste the super wines and myrtle from La Neula: excellent and accompanied by a delicious dish at sunset! Tasting and visit at an excellent price considering the beautiful tour made with Giulia and the quantity and quality of the products tasted. The bottles are also excellent value for money and there are also many different types + myrtle, oil and honey all made by them, and they are also delivered to your home. What can I say: we will definitely return when we pass through those places again, we will recommend the products to friends and family and we will continue to drink the excellent Vermentino also taking advantage of home delivery. We booked an aperitif with wine tasting and a cutting board to take a different trip than usual a few kilometers from the sea and see the views of the hinterland and we were fascinated by this wonderful place. Giulia, the owner, welcomed us and with kindness and professionalism told us about her journey as an oenologist and the history of Neula. Without a shadow of a doubt we tasted the best cutting board of cured meats ever tasted before, with products of the highest quality that are difficult to find on the market in other places accompanied by both red and white wines of their production. Everything truly Top!!! I recommend you book. Not to be missed.
