The Mediterranean climate, influenced by continental weather patterns, features concentrated rainfall from October to April. During this time, cool northern winds help maintain nighttime temperatures above 9 degrees Celsius. The winery cultivates a variety of grapes, including Grillo, Sauvignon Blanc, Frappato, Nero D'Avola, Cerasuolo di Vittoria, and Moscato, each contributing to the winery's distinctive offerings.
