Vertical canopied vineyard
Their vineyards are along with an upright, vertical canopy. It helps them use leaf removal, shoot positioning, and better air circulation that gives more flavor and complexity to their wines. The climate, rainfall, and soil in the Willamette Valley are perfect for the cultivation of vines and produce some of the best Pinot Noir in the world. The main types of grapes that grow in their vineyards are Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Riesling. The best grapes go into the production of their red, white, sparkling, rose, dessert, and fortified wines.
