The Chateau Bianca Winery- Award Winning Winery in the Willamette Valley

Chateau Bianca Winery is located atop Butler Hill, in the Willamette Valley. This family-owned estate, established in 1990, produces small-batch, exceptional wines as they are committed to the highest quality at a reasonable price. Winemaker, Andreas Wetzel, carries on the traditions practiced by his great grandfather and has been producing wines in Oregon for more than thirty-five years. Traditional winemaking techniques are combined with modern and innovative processes to produce unique wines. Their hard work and commitment at Chateau Bianca Winery have led them to win many prestigious awards and recognitions.

Vertical Canopied Vineyards

Chateau Bianca Winery utilizes an upright, vertical canopy trellising system in their vineyards. This helps with leaf removal, shoot positioning, and better air circulation to produce healthier grapes that give more flavor and complexity to their wines. The climate and rainfall in the Willamette Valley can be difficult for the cultivation of vines, therefore this system helps them produce some of the best Pinot Noirs in the world. Chateau Bianca Winery grows several varieties in their vineyards such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewurztraminer, and Riesling. The best grapes go into the production of their red, white, sparkling, rosé, dessert, and fortified wines.

Chateau Bianca Winery has a Low Impact Viticulture and Enology (LIVE) Certification which showcases their use of organic and sustainable methods in the vineyards.

Serenity and Picturesque Views at the Winery

Chateau Bianca Winery has put a lot of effort into the aesthetic of their estate. With strong protection of the environment and vineyards, they maintain the quality of their wines and provide an excellent winery experience. The serene beauty and picturesque views make the winery an excellent place to visit.
