Established in the late 19th century by Antonio Chiorri, this winery embodies the passion and commitment of five generations of winemakers. Chiorri beautifully blends time-honored winemaking traditions from 1890 with modern techniques. The current generation honors their ancestors by preserving the winery's authentic heritage while embracing innovation.

Commitment to Sustainable Viticulture

Chiorri practices sustainable viticulture, cultivating a diverse range of grape varieties in their inherited vineyards. For white wines, they grow indigenous and international varieties such as Grechetto, Malvasia, and Pinot Grigio. For red wines, they focus on high-quality Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Sagrantino, all while respecting biodiversity. The winery features a state-of-the-art facility equipped with stainless steel tanks, cement vats, a barrel room, and oak barrels to age their DOC Colli Perugini, DOP Colli, and IGP Umbria wines.

Comfortable Accommodations Named After Wines

Chiorri Winery offers four well-appointed suites, each featuring kitchens, TVs, Wi-Fi, and luxurious bathtubs. The suites are named after the winery's wines: Antonio Chiorri, Saliato, Titus & Franca, and Vero Amore. Additionally, there are six double rooms, each equipped with showers and panoramic windows, providing breathtaking 360-degree views of the vineyards.
