Hand-Harvesting to Ensure Award-Winning Wines
Margaret River is present at the southwestern corner of Australia, surrounded by ocean on three sides, hence the influence of Mediterranean climate. The gravel soils and optimum rainfall make the region perfect for the cultivation of vines. Their vineyards are spread in three subregions of the Margaret River, namely, Wilyabrup, Yallingup, and Karridale. Because of abundant wáter resources, biodiverse bushland, and beautiful landscapes, the vineyards are known for producing high-quality grapes. The main varieties of grapes that grow here include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. The best grapes are handpicked and used to produce their award-winning red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines.
