Vineyards and Sustainable Practices

At Clos Ibai, sustainability is a core value. The winery employs organic and eco-friendly methods to nurture the health of its vines and the surrounding environment. Some vineyard plots are biodynamic certified, while others are transitioning to organic practices. The diverse range of vines includes both young plants and those dating back to 1955. Key grape varieties cultivated here include Tempranillo, Graciano, Garnacha Tinta, Garnacha Blanca, Viura, Malvasia, and Calagraño. Handpicked grapes undergo micro vinification, ensuring that each wine captures the essence of its origin.
