In 2001, Francesco Condello made a bold career shift from finance to winemaking, establishing Condé Winery. Since its inception, the winery has focused on producing exceptional wines from Sangiovese grapes, honoring the rich history of this variety in Predappio. This charming town is believed to have been founded in the third century B.C. by Caio Appio, a Roman tribune who cultivated Sangiovese upon his retirement.
Condé Winery spans over 110 hectares, where grapes are grown organically. The winery produces a range of varieties, including traditional Sangiovese Piccolo, Merlot, and Chardonnay. Birthday dinner with my family, Excellent, all five fully satisfied, excellent wine they produce, excellent olive oil they produce, good and beautiful dishes, I think we are at Michelin star level. Attentive and friendly waiter, I felt like a real gentleman. At my request they made me a lactose-free cake, as I am intolerant, beautiful and delicious. It is the second time I go to Borgo Conde. I will definitely return, excellent landscape of the elegantly cultivated hills in the famous municipality of Predappio.

Birthday with top class friends... An enchanting place framed by vineyards on gentle slopes, the Condé village is a suggestive location suitable for any occasion. The lovely and well-kept spa, the large and bright rooms (we had the pleasure of having the entire annex at our disposal: an added value). The restaurant room seems set in the landscape thanks to large windows, gourmet cuisine that can sometimes surprise you, and last but not least, a special mention to the staff who are always attentive and ready to resolve every little imperfection, they made this stay simply perfect!

We spent a pleasant weekend here. Small village carefully renovated, very beautiful and quiet, surrounded by vineyards and young olive groves. Excellent wine! In the evening we ate well at the restaurant. Highly recommended.
