Zinzani Vini: A Family Tradition in Winemaking

Superb wines and very friendly, kind and helpful owners!!

Great stopover for us on the way to the north of Italy. There was a nice spot in the vineyard with electricity for our motorhome. We had a little wine tasting. And of course we bought a few bottles too.

10/08/2024 I tried the "Bot" in Fontanelice, a barrel-aged cabernet: I liked it so much that I bought a bottle.

We had a wine tasting with sausage, cheese, and bread with olive oil. We first took a tour of the vineyards and then began with a wine tasting. It was a great experience with a pleasant atmosphere. Our wine supervisor, Marco, was personable, hospitable, and enjoyed talking about the wines. You can tell the whole experience was heartfelt. We even received a delicious dessert from Marco's mother at the end. It was all a super fun experience.

A visit to this small family run winery is highly recommended. Mr Zinzani Jr was extremely helpful in arranging a last minute tour and tasting during a rainy afternoon. Despite the weather we had a fantastic time learning about the wines and the family history of winemaking. We had a lot of fun and were happy to take home a bottle of our favourites.

We camped 2 nights at Zinzani, Marco and his family are very friendly and helpful. Marco is passionated to produce very good wine. We had a wine tasting with really good wine and bought some bottles. We could really recommend this place. Thanks to Marco and his family.

Great place on the first hills of Faenza, the owners are really kind, courteous and hospitable, we drank wine and ate some local products... We bought bottles of wine....

Our adventure is not over yet! Tomorrow we continue. Today we arrived late and unannounced in the pouring rain. The senior greets us and we are given a tour of the wine barrels. Great parking spot! We are looking forward to tomorrow! (Reminder to myself, brush up on your Italian)

A warm welcome from Marco Zinzani and his family, a pleasant place on the Faentine hills. We tasted and discovered very pleasant wines, we point out, in particular, two local ones: the Centesimino (red) and the Albana (white). In addition Marco willingly shares his love and knowledge of the winegrower's profession. A very nice meeting!

Fantastic experience! I organized a wine tasting for the hen party of a friend who is passionate about wine! After the visit to the vineyards with explanation of the different grape varieties, there was a visit to the wine cellar and shop and a tasting! Excellent wines and a wide choice both in bulk and in bottles! The owner Marco Zinzani was very kind and helpful, highly recommended! 😊
