Located in the heart of Modena, Cantina Ventiventi is a family-owned winery dedicated to producing exceptional wines. The Razzaboni family established this winery with a passion for the region's rich culinary and viticultural heritage.

Spanning 45 hectares, with 30 dedicated to vineyards, we focus on cultivating native grape varieties such as Lambrusco di Sorbara, Lambrusco Salamino di Santa Croce, and Pignoletto. In addition, we have incorporated renowned international varieties known for their sparkling wine production.

Our sparkling wines are crafted using the Traditional Method, which includes a primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a lengthy aging process and a secondary fermentation in the bottle. This meticulous approach results in elegant, refined sparkling wines characterized by their freshness and minerality, thanks to our clay-rich soils.

Since the 2019 harvest, we have proudly held organic certification. Our commitment to sustainable practices includes the installation of 52 kW of photovoltaic panels, a drip irrigation system to minimize water waste, and a recovery machine that captures 40% to 90% of the natural treatments we apply, ensuring minimal environmental impact.

We prioritize producing wines with low sulfite levels, keeping them below 50 mg per liter. This results in light wines that are easy on the palate and won't leave you with a headache. Our production has grown from 25,000 bottles in our first harvest to 70,000 bottles in our most recent year.

Our team is youthful, with an average age of just 26, and we are dedicated to continuous improvement in our winemaking practices.

review relating to an event to which I was invited (wedding) and relating exclusively to the venue; the organisation, excellent, was taken care of by the guests celebrating. Newly built property adjacent to the wine cellar, well camouflaged by the designers and located in the middle of vineyards. The classy location lends itself very well both for the organization of events and for high-level aperitifs.

Recently built and opened place (2020, in fact), where you can taste local organic wines. Good food, fast service and prices appropriate to the quality, excellent service with young, kind and knowledgeable staff. The tables have the right distance from each other. It is possible to visit the part of the cellar where the wines from the vineyards grown all around are produced.

Lovely place. Modern and tastefully designed structure. Nestled among the vineyards which you can then visit sitting on a caddy after visiting the cellar and tasting the delicious must. The staff is very kind and friendly. Good wine from our areas served with dishes of quality and well-cooked food. A tip on portions: perhaps they should be a little more generous. Beautiful location to be recommended both for romantic dinners and in company.

My recent visit to Cantina Venventini in Medolla was an extraordinary experience, immersed in a bucolic atmosphere and characterized by high quality service and menu. The first impact with the cellar was breathtaking. Access is via a long avenue surrounded by rows of vines, which leads to an imposing and modern structure. The outside is well equipped with numerous tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wine-growing environment. To make everything even more evocative, a splendid waterfall descends from the first floor and forms a system of basins illuminated by colored lights between the tables. The welcome from the staff was warm and professional. The welcome glass, served outside, was a pleasant start to the evening, as was the box containing the dishes. Thanks to the advice of a very knowledgeable and passionate employee, we were able to choose the most suitable wine for the evening. The experience continued with a picturesque golf cart ride to our assigned vineyard row. The setting was intimate and welcoming, with a sheet to protect from humidity and various pillows for comfort. Dinner was a true triumph of flavours. The menu included a mini burger with brioche and rosbeef, a beetroot burrito with chicken and salad, and delicious Venere rice with feta, edamame and peach. Each course was of excellent quality and so tasty that we left nothing on our plates. To conclude on a high note, a fantastic mojito panna cotta, a true delight that completed this gourmet experience. In conclusion, the visit to Cantina Venventini was an unforgettable experience. The elements that made this vineyard dinner so special were the unique atmosphere, the impeccable service, the high quality of the food and wine, and the attention to detail. Definitely the best vineyard dinner we have attended. Highly recommended for those looking for a unique and unforgettable food and wine experience.

Splendid location among the vineyards, modern architecture perfectly integrated into the context of the landscape. It is possible to taste excellent wines produced with both traditional and innovative methods, as explained by professional and trained waiters. As an accompaniment to the wines, there is a good choice of delicious and varied dishes including the inevitable fried gnocco, here in the 'black' version. This place is truly worth trying. Highly recommended!
