Located in the stunning Rabbi Valley, at the base of the Tuscan-Romagna Apennines, Pandolfa Noelia Ricci spans 140 hectares of beautifully maintained vineyards. With 39 hectares situated between 100 and 380 meters above sea level, our vineyards thrive on the famed Predappio terrain, rich in ancient sandstone and calcareous marl. This unique soil composition imparts a distinct mineral character to our grapes. We produce two exceptional wine lines: Pandolfa and Noelia Ricci, focusing on the celebrated Sangiovese, Trebbiano, and Chardonnay varieties. Our commitment to sustainability ensures that each bottle reflects our dedication to the land and its heritage.
The enchanting shapes of local wildlife and the beauty of our surroundings inspire our wine labels and stories. Drawing from late 19th-century illustrations, we celebrate creativity in every bottle. Our GODENZA, adorned with a monkey label, pays homage to the ancient roots of Sangiovese. IL SANGIOVESE, featuring a wasp, highlights the biodiversity of our vineyards. BRO', with its majestic whale, invites you to reflect on the passage of time. Since the 2021 vintage, all our wines have been certified organic, ensuring a pure tasting experience.

We received an excellent welcome and were amazed by the attention to detail they had towards us in the visit to the villa and the cellar. Excellent tasting of wines and oil. We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to have this experience. We will definitely be back!

This wonderful estate was love at first sight and we chose it with our eyes closed for our most beautiful day. Beauty in every corner, hospitality, helpfulness, class, kindness and elegance of the owners and all those who work there were the backdrop to moments that will remain indelible for us. Of no less importance is the quality of the wines and all the company's products with which our guests were delighted, not to be missed!

We chose to treat ourselves to a tasting with a guided tour. We were welcomed with great courtesy by the young Alice, who then accompanied us the entire time, illustrating the cellar, the archive of ancient wines and the part of the villa with public access. He made us sit in a bright living room, serving us excellent quality wines and a delicious lunch. It was truly a wonderful experience, of great beauty and quality. Highly recommended.

A tour and tasting at this beautiful hilltop winery, between the Apennine mountains and the sea, was one of the highlights of a recent small group food and wine tour I hosted in Emilia-Romagna. We visited the vineyards by tractor-drawn cart past orchards and vines until we were at the top of the property with magnificent views. Back at the winery we walked through the ancient tunnel from the production cellar to the grand 18th-century villa for a guided wine tasting with the winemaker. Not just delicious wines (which they are) but wonderful hospitality and a spectacular setting.
