Great wine and lovely people

Great welcome from Jean who made us taste the magnificent fruit of the work of the Mayard vineyards for their first three vintages. Big guns...

A great discovery, thanks to Jean! Discovery of the wines, the origins of production, the manufacturing process... The property is very pretty, the tasting is great and accessible to adults and children alike! I highly recommend the experience!

A big thank you to Jean for this discovery of the estate with an explanation of the house's know-how and a nice tasting at the end. Special mention deserves the Château-Neuf-du-Pape Rouge which is excellent.

After making an appointment by telephone, we were warmly welcomed by Jean Rojas. The tour of the wine cellar was excellent and very interesting. The wine tasting was also a must. This shows that a new generation knows how to respond to the needs of younger customers.

Even though they just brought in the final harvest the day before, they made time to show us around (and see the processing of the harvest in action!) and provide us with a tasting. Not only was it inspiring to hear about their ecological, modern approach to wine, the wines tasted wonderful and the tour felt very personal. Not only the positive sides of winemaking were highlighted, but also aspects that went wrong previously in the process and how they fixed it. Definitely recommend paying Domaine Mayard a visit!!

Amazing Chateauneuf-du-pape!!!! We visited the cellar and tasted 3 wines: 2 Chateauneuf-du-pape and 1 Côte du Rone. Amazing, amazing wines!!!

A moment out of time with a very beautiful human encounter, a great welcome to discover this area. Very clear information. Bravo to these young people who continue the tradition of Chateauneuf du Pape with a beautiful environmental approach. For us it was a gourmet visit that was offered to us, a brilliant gift idea
