We had an amazing time at the vineyard. Davide showed us the freshly harvested wines and let us taste the wines in different stages of the fermentation. This was very interesting. Afterwards he brought us to his cellar where we tasted some finished wines. Overal we had fun times, drinking wines and talking with a very passionate wine maker.

Wonderful moment with David! David is a lover of natural wine and knows how to communicate it with passion. A very enriching moment especially since David speaks perfect French!

What a wonderful and unique expérience! David and his wife welcomed us through their garden and vineyard to a peaceful terrace. All exceptionnel food freshly picked from the garden paired With their natural wine, all explained by the passionnate David! I can only recommend!!

Great experience spent with Davide for lunch at the foot of Etna! Between the quality natural wine, the vegetables from the garden and the delicious cooking of his wife, it is the perfect place to recharge your batteries after a hike on Etna

One of the best wine tasting experiences I had. We tasted a wide variety of natural wines and had a small dinner with Davide, the producer, and the harvest crew. There's something special about sharing a meal around a table and having passionate conversations about food and life. The atmosphere was truly intimate and magical under the starred sky and full moon. If you're looking for a true, authentic, no fluffs, down to earth experience... Look no further, this is for you! It has probably been my best wine tasting so far. Davide apart from being super passionate about wine, is extremely knowledgeable and insightful about the wine region and the bio diversity of his wine yard as well. The tour followed by tasing over dinner (that was probably the best I had during my stay in Sicily, thanks Carla!) was a befitting end to our vacation. I ended up packing 5 bottles of his amazing wine :) I would do it all over again if I can!
