The Aim of the winery
The goal of Paolo, Marco and Federica – the family who run Azienda Agricola Podere Giardino – is to rediscover the flavors and traditions of the past and to pass this into their produce. It is through this that the Lambrusco Suoli Cataldi DOC organic wine was born. This wine is famous for its 100% natural character. At Azienda Agricola Podere Giardino the wine makers believe that making wine is a fine art that requires inspiration, passion and experience. Their hope is that this can be tasted in each glass of Lambrusco Suoli Cataldi DOC.
