A Sweet Winery Story

Started off in 2013, this small family took a chance with their skills, their knowledge and their passion. They took everything they got from renowned Austrian wineries and Simonit & Sirch in Naples and then put it all into the making of Fink & Kotzian Weinbau Og.

To their delight, this sweet couple of Fink & Kotzian Weinbau Og found that when they dugn into the new ventilation system that the soil there is really unique. Sediments of primary ricok and eroded granite, marine sediments of shells and algae, remnants of the Tethys and Paratethys sea really bring out the nutrients in the grape varieties. Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Roter Traminer and Zweigelt take shelter here with grace.

The Traditional Cellar Where Wines Age to Perfection

The cellars at Fink & Kotzian Weinbau Og definitely do their part in the winemaking adventure. The mystic atmosphere, being excavated deep into a hill with a steady climate all year does the trick when it comes to ageing wines to perfection. This traditional cellar has amphora that is used to ferment some of their white wines.
