Upon establishing their winery, the Fink and Kotzian couple discovered the remarkable qualities of their soil. Composed of primary rock, eroded granite, and marine sediments rich in shells and algae, this terroir is a treasure trove of nutrients. Here, grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Roter Traminer, and Zweigelt thrive beautifully.
