Founded in 2013, Fink & Kotzian Weinbau Og is a family-run winery born from a passion for winemaking. Drawing on their expertise gained from esteemed Austrian wineries and the Simonit & Sirch school in Naples, they have poured their heart and soul into creating exceptional wines.

The Unique Terroir of Fink & Kotzian

Upon establishing their winery, the Fink and Kotzian couple discovered the remarkable qualities of their soil. Composed of primary rock, eroded granite, and marine sediments rich in shells and algae, this terroir is a treasure trove of nutrients. Here, grape varieties such as Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Roter Traminer, and Zweigelt thrive beautifully.

A Traditional Cellar for Perfect Aging

The cellars at Fink & Kotzian Weinbau Og play a crucial role in the winemaking process. Carved deep into a hillside, the cellar maintains a consistent climate ideal for aging wines. This traditional space features amphorae used for fermenting select white wines, adding a unique touch to their flavor profiles.
