About Flyfaire Wines

Flyfaire Wines is a sustainable vineyard located in the stunning Woomargama National Park, New South Wales, Australia. Our vineyard operates with low chemical and low carbon practices, focusing on small-scale methods to produce high-quality, distinctive wines.

Since our first plantings in 1993, we have cultivated well-established Chardonnay and Riesling vines at an elevation of 650 meters in the granite-rich Great Dividing Range. The cool climate of our region allows our wines to showcase their unique varietal characteristics, making each bottle a true reflection of our terroir.

Cellar Door and Café Experience

Opened in June 2013, our Cellar Door and Café offers a relaxing escape from daily life. Enjoy a seasonal menu featuring locally sourced ingredients, paired perfectly with our wines. We invite you to visit us and taste our vintages while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

Meet Our Team

Leslie, Winemaker
Leslie is the creative force behind our wines, overseeing the entire winemaking process and daily farm operations. He holds a Diploma of Agricultural Science from Wagga Wagga Agriculture College and studied Viticulture at Charles Sturt University.

Julianne, Business Director
Julianne manages our business operations, including events and the café. She has a Diploma of General Studies with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from Caulfield Institute of Technology in Melbourne.

Milo, Our Vineyard Companion
Meet Milo, our friendly chocolate Labrador. With his wagging tail and loving nature, he brings joy to everyone who visits. Milo loves to greet guests and is always ready for a good belly rub amidst the vines.
