A wine and cheese pairing with a difference. We are the only producer in Australia to make “wine flour” from the marc left over from wine making. The experience includes a description of how we have developed a unique technique to make this flour. Enjoy four wine tastings, a cheese board and bread made using our wine flour.

What a magical spot for a winery. We were looked after and waited on with such grandeur. A magnificent experience creating a broadened understanding of winemaking. We'll be back since we're only an hour up the road:)
