The award winning boutique vineyard in the Blue Mountains

Dryridge winery: at the foot of beautiful Blue Mountains

Nestled in the beautiful Megalong Valley, surrounded by towering sandstone escarpments, Dryridge Estate is a stunning boutique vineyard – one of two in the Blue Mountains. The cellar door has the most magnificent views, we make the most delicious wines, cheese boards, and ploughman’s lunch surrounded by some of the best scenery in the Blue Mountains.

Do you want to get married in a stunning landscape?

The award-winning boutique vineyard Dryridge winery is the only commercial vineyard in the Blue Mountains. It was founded by the late Bob Tyrrell and his wife Barbara 15 years ago. After Bob passed away, the Tyrrell family sold their beautiful property to Emma and Simon. This couple’s passion and dedication to Dryridge made the vineyard to flourish. Dryridge is now not only a spectacular vineyard and Cellar Door but also an extremely popular and unique wedding and events venue. The clear roof marquee is like a glasshouse, allowing uninterrupted views of the beautiful scenery that is unique to Dryridge.

The winery includes beautiful accommodation in Homestead and Sunset Lodge for wedding parties and family to relax and enjoy the property and soak up the country air

The only producer of local mountain wine

On approximately 51.4ha, the property includes a profitable wine business with approximately 5ha of vines under trellis, substantial grazing land with stream frontage, beautiful waterfalls, and private natural swimming holes. Dryridge winery has pioneered viticulture in the Blue Mountains and is the only licensed producer of local mountain wine. In the boutique vineyard, the vines are hand-tended and hand-picked with varieties including Riesling, Shiraz, Vermentino, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, Barbera, and Cabernet. The grapes are taken to Orange to be bottled and returned to be sold through the cellar door or online.
