The Estate of GilGrave wines, spread over 50 acres, is blessed with the production of high-quality grapes. The GilGraves family vineyard is a pint-sized affair in Axedale, located somewhere between Heathcote and Bendigo. The owner feels great fun in vine cultivation, and hence the resulting wine is great. The full vineyard produces true field blend wines that are aged and great for drinking. Many famous grape varietals like shiraz, Malbec, Sangiovese, and Viognier are widely planted in the vineyards of GilGraves wines. The grapes are blended with low intervention in winemaking, which contributes to the production of authentic, soulful wines.
