This hotel is truly exceptional — one of the best I've ever experienced. The attention to detail and warm hospitality of the Grasso family, who owns and operates this place, make it truly stand out. From curated decor to thoughtfully arranged amenities, everything here feels carefully designed to offer comfort and relaxation. Breakfast in bed is a treat, and the on-site restaurant serves incredible local foods and wines, many of which are produced right on their beautiful property! The Grasso's have crafted a genuine, peaceful haven that blends perfectly with the natural surroundings of Mt. Etna

Discovered by chance, we literally fell in love with this enchanting place and its refined cuisine. I highly recommend the tasting menu, which allows you to taste the incredible culinary creations of the chef. Contrary to what you might think, the portions are perfect and prepared in the right quantities to allow the true "taste" of all the dishes. The impeccable service, praise to the girl who manages the room! We are back and will always return with great pleasure!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming little wine farm! The location is perfect—just far enough from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet, but close enough to still feel connected. The views of Mount Etna in the distance were breathtaking, adding to the magic of the place. The staff were so warm and kind, and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Traveling with a 2-year-old can sometimes be tricky, but they made us feel right at home, which we appreciated so much. I truly hope we get the chance to come back again one day. And a special mention for their wine—it's absolutely fantastic!

Great, family-run hotel with small bungalows. Host Mario creates a great atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome. The bungalows are well equipped and lovingly furnished, each bungalow has a small terrace. Breakfast can be ordered in the evening and is then delivered warm in the morning. And everything tasted excellent. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a view of the valley. The food is freshly prepared and tastes excellent. You can also drink wine from the hotel's own production. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

Fantastic sensory experience. Extremely happy to have celebrated my birthday and that of my partner in this enchanting place on the slopes of Etna. What can I say, in addition to the breathtaking natural panorama, there is great attention to detail from the location to the cuisine prepared by chef Francesca. Excellent service, organic food presented to guests with elegance so as to delight first the eyes and then the palate, all accompanied by a red wine of our own production. In my humble opinion, the excellent result is achieved by the passion and love that the members of this fantastic family (Mario, Concetta and the splendid twins Francesca and Emma) put into everything they do.

A delicious meal born from a family's love of their land

Bad news for us...this place will not remain a secret for long and that's a shame! 🥲 We are lovers of good food and wine and we are always looking during our stays in France and abroad for places and moments that will mark our memory forever. If you have lost track of time, because of current life or the pressure of work, meeting this wonderful family, the incredible estate and their ambitious life project, will make you reconnect with the land and with time! Time to chat with Mario, time to enjoy an excellent meal - simple, worked and authentic -, time to taste wonderful wines! The Cucchie 2018 is really of the very highest level - and I am a connoisseur! Balanced, fruity and spicy, good length in the mouth. Very fine tannins, rather feminine. The Cucchie Oro 2018 is also excellent but deserves a few more years to be at the Top! Beautiful material and beautiful complexity. The 12 months in barrels are a bit noticeable. We can't wait to taste it in 2 or 3 years, then in 10 years I hope! 😉 In short... this timeless place is absolutely to see and experience during a long summer evening to enjoy the unique view on a romantic terrace. Thanks to the young woman who served us the meal and gave us all the explanations! She was perfect! Family business, where both the owner who welcomes you from the moment you arrive, as well as the staff and without forgetting his daughter who is the chef of the place, will make you enjoy every moment.
