Printhie Wines boasts four distinct vineyard plots, each carefully selected to suit various grape varietals and ensure the production of high-quality fruit. The Printhie and Phalaris vineyards are planted with Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Pinot Gris, situated on elevated rolling hills that face northeast. Meanwhile, the Millwood and Wattleview vineyards, located at approximately 1000 meters above sea level, are celebrated for their exceptional Chardonnays, showcasing the unique terroir of the Orange region.

The SWIFT brand represents traditional method sparkling wines crafted from the highest vineyards in New South Wales. This collection has garnered international acclaim, including the title of Best Australian Sparkling at the 2022 London Champagne and Sparkling Wine World Championships. Each bottle of SWIFT Sparkling is meticulously aged for a minimum of five years, with some resting on lees for up to ten years.
