Our private instructor tailors the two-hour lesson to suit your skill level, whether you're a novice eager to learn or an experienced angler looking to refine your technique. Beginners will receive hands-on guidance on how to rig the rod, cast effectively, and reel in your catch.

After your fishing session, savor a delightful four-course degustation lunch at Printhie Dining. Our talented chef team focuses on creating menus that highlight the finest local produce, complemented by four flagship wines perfectly paired with each course.

Highlights of the Printhie Fly Fishing Experience include:

Please wear sturdy, enclosed shoes and bring a jacket for comfort. Printhie follows a 'catch and release' policy to ensure sustainable fishing practices. We will check the weather conditions the day before your visit. If inclement weather is expected, you can choose to proceed with the lunch, reschedule, or receive a full refund.

Your day begins at 10 AM, with lunch served at 12:30 PM, concluding around 3-3:30 PM.

What better way to wrap up Easter Sunday than wine 🍷 tasting at Printhie especially when your host is the winemaker himself. An afternoon with old and new friends and a very patient staff who waiting for us to work our way through their enviable, extensive selection. No wonder they receive rave reviews. Thank you 🙏 to everyone for making our visit particularly memorable. Love to come back another time for lunch when next in town.

Had such a fab afternoon here doing wine tasting. Kylie who looked after us was an absolute superstar. She was so attentive and friendly, and asked about our preference and made sure we got what we wanted. The venue is also stunning. Very modern and intimate. There is also an outdoor seating area which overlooks the vineyard. Our group was beyond impressed.

A beautiful cellar door to visit. Delicious wines, beautiful views, friendly staff, and a truely wonderful restaurant .. what more could you ask for. The detail in the design of this cellar door is exquisite with superb design thought down to the last details. A must visit if you are in town!

Booked a table at the wine bar. Had freshly chucked oyster and cheese platter with a glass of sparkling. Great atmosphere and very warm- welcoming staff. We had a great time here.

What a fabulous day spent at Printhie Wines. We booked the Wine Bar Table and was seated outside on a gorgeous, sunny day. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We ordered 1/2 dozen of the special oysters ($39) and a lovely cheese platter ($50) and a beautiful bottle of their Rose. Amazing view and such a wonderful day!! Will be back to try their restaurant onsite. Highly recommend.
