Punt Road Wines is a family-owned, estate-grown winery in Coldstream, at the heart of the Yarra Valley. The Napoleone family have been farming here since 1948, with vines on the site dating back to the 1860s. Today, the third and fourth generations continue to farm the 58-hectare estate, producing cool-climate wines with a focus on Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Gamay and Cabernet. The vineyards and winery are certified under Sustainable Winegrowing Australia (SWA).

Located next door to Meletos restaurant and a short stroll from The Farmhouse accommodation, the cellar door offers a range of seated tasting experiences, including classic wine flights and food and wine pairings. The team also make Napoleone ciders on site from estate-grown apples and pears, with no added sugar or concentrate. All wines and ciders are naturally vegan and gluten free.

Visited Punt Rd Winery on a beautiful autumn afternoon. We initially had the wine tasting and Gerry did a great job of explaining all the details of the winery and each wine. They were all delicious, and we also tried their cider that utilises the grapes after they have made Bloody Shiraz Gin (Four Pillars). We left very happy, and with a bottle of their Quinity red blend wine and a pack of the cider. Thanks Gerry!

Visited Punt Rd Winery on a beautiful autumn afternoon. We initially had the wine tasting and Gerry did a great job of explaining all the details of the winery and each wine. Have loved their wines for years and recently been going to their special events. Most recently the Fire and Wine night, it was so well set up, Bente did an excellent meal, and a lovely evening overall.

Fantastic venue for a function for a fair price :) had the best time & it was so nice having a private space. Beautiful picnic baskets, chardonnay, cocktails at private bar and they allowed us to decorate. The staff were so supportive & communicated well with us on the day as well as Christine (manager) communicating beautifully the months prior to organise. Thank you Punt Road Wines! Xx

We had a fantastic day at Punt Road Wins today, they provided a variety of roaming French canapés, free wine tasting and beautiful picnic baskets with cheese, bread, cheese, boards, and cheese knives to have a picnic on side and enjoy beautiful wines. The staff was super professional, friendly and very welcoming! We had such a wonderful day. The winery is gorgeous, the grassy are with the apples trees at the background is just mesmerizing such a gorgeous spot to be in a sunny relaxing day. 11/10!
