Sustainable Practices for Quality Wines

At Stephano Winery, sustainability is a core value. The vineyard spans six hectares, with a focus on organic farming techniques that safeguard the environment. The vineyards, located behind the winery and in the Eisenberger and Deutsch-Schuetzer regions, are tended to by hand, ensuring meticulous care. Grapes and Winemaking Process

The winery cultivates a variety of grapes, including Blaufränkisch, Merlot, Zweigelt, Grüner Veltliner, and Pinot Blanc. These grapes are the foundation for their diverse range of red, white, rosé, sparkling, and fortified wines. Gentle processing in the cellar, combined with fermentation using pure yeasts, enhances the quality of the wines.
