Second Fermentation of Sparkling Wines

The wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, and then the sparkling wine is aged for almost one year. Bottle fermentation is the method of production for their pure sparkling wines. The winery processes fully ripe and handpicked fruits to produce their liqueurs. Some unique spirits undergo aging in oak barrels for up to ten years. They use old, homemade recipes to produce these liqueurs.
