Weingut Oberhofer is nestled in the picturesque Southern Palatinate region of Germany. As a family-owned winery, we have deep roots in winemaking, stemming from two families of dedicated winegrowers. In 2018, Pascal Oberhofer joined the winery, representing the new generation committed to our legacy. Since 2008, we have embraced organic and vegan practices, focusing on sustainable farming that respects nature. While our primary emphasis is on Burgundy wines, we also produce unique varietals like Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The World’s Oldest Vineyard

One of our proudest features is the world’s oldest vineyard, where the vines are over 400 years old. This remarkable vineyard yields a limited production of 0 to 200 bottles (0.375l) each year, making it a true gem in our collection. In addition to this historic site, we cultivate vineyards in the fertile soils of Pfalz and on slopes rich in chalk, marl, and clover. Our commitment to quality shines through in our exceptional Riesling wines.
