A Family Tradition of Winemaking in Southern Styria Since 1893
Family Winery Adam-Lieleg has been a cherished family-run business since 1893, nestled on Eichberg in the picturesque region of Southern Styria, Austria.
Generational Expertise
Today, three generations of the Lieleg family work together, blending time-honored traditions with modern techniques. Their deep knowledge of viticulture, combined with a commitment to sustainable practices, allows them to produce exceptional wines that reflect their unique terroir. The steep slopes of their vineyards require meticulous manual labor, ensuring that each bottle captures the essence of the land.
Award-Winning Wines
The dedication of the Adam-Lieleg family has not gone unnoticed. Their wines have garnered prestigious accolades, including the Sauvignon Blanc World Champion 2023, Yellow Muscateller State Champion 2023, and Sauvignon Blanc State Champion 2024, along with the Salon Austria Winner 2024.
Key Vineyards
Among their most important vineyards are the monopole sites Ried Gottscheber and Ried Oberer Kranachberg, as well as the renowned Czamillonberg and Wurzenberg Kapelle. Each vineyard contributes to the distinct character of their wines, making a visit to the winery a must for wine enthusiasts.
Additionally, we are proud to share some of our recent achievements:
- 96 points at the IWSC for our Ried Wurzenberg Kapelle
- Styrian Wine Award 2025 (State Winner)
- AWC Vienna International Wine Challenge Trophy Winner 2025
