The Pfalz region's lime-rich soils and favorable microclimate contribute to the cultivation of high-quality grapes. In addition to grapes, the estate grows a variety of herbs, flowers, kiwis, and citrus fruits. The primary grape varieties include Riesling and Spätburgunder, with the best grapes handpicked for their premium red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines. The owner, a passionate chef, also prepares seasonal regional dishes that complement their wines.

Fantastic organic wines! The food is also very tasty and the hospitality of the owners is great. You can try out many of the house wines over a cozy dinner at very hospitable prices.

Excellent organic wines are produced by the Eymann family. This applies to all white wines starting with the liter of Riesling. We are particularly enthusiastic about the red wines. You don't find them everywhere in the Palatinate. Of course the good Gonnheim Pinot Noir and the super good Merlot. What more could you want with this quality and at these reasonable prices.
