Weingut Hoefling is located in the Eußenheim region, and its wine cellar was set up in 1559. The winery started in the 80s and is still going strong. It is a family-owned winery, and Werner Hoefling founded it. He is the most critical person in the winery and leads the work in the cellars and the vineyards. His son, Klaus Hoefling, took over the winery in 2007 and continues his family’s legacy. The main varieties that grow here are the Silvaner, Riesling, Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Bacchus, Mueller Thurgau, Kerner, Domina, Gewuerztraminer and the Weissburgunder. They produce some of the best red, white, rose, sparkling, and dessert wines using these grapes. The winery combines its history and tradition with modern techniques to produce the best possible wines for their customers.
