Weingut Hoefling works hard with a true commitment to producing unique Franconian wines that show the qualities of the region.
Exceptional Taste and Complexity at the Winery
Their village Eußenheim situated to the Northwest of Wuerzburg is a very relaxed destination. Practicing winemaking with patience and strength delivers optimum vine cultivation conditions in the region. The wines of this region have exceptional taste and complexion. Their vineyards are present in multiple locations such as the Kalbenstein Gambach, Homburg Goessenheim, First Eußenheim, and the Steep Stettner Stein.
Handwork in the Vineyard Slopes
Almost all of their vineyards are located on slopes and hilly terrain. As a result, nearly all of the work in the vineyards is done by hand. The main varieties grown include Silvaner, Riesling, Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Bacchus, Mueller Thurgau, Kerner, Domina, Gewurztraminer, and Weissburgunder. Weingut Hoefling Winery produces some of the best red, white, rosé, sparkling, and dessert wines using these grapes. The winery combines its history and tradition with modern techniques to produce the best possible wines.
