Located in the charming village of Eußenheim, Weingut Höfling boasts a wine cellar that dates back to 1559. This family-owned winery has been dedicated to winemaking since the 1980s. Werner Höfling, the founder, oversees the operations in both the cellars and vineyards, while his son, Klaus Höfling, took the reins in 2007, continuing the family tradition of excellence.

Eußenheim, situated northwest of Würzburg, offers a peaceful setting for wine lovers. The winery cultivates a variety of grapes, including Silvaner, Riesling, Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Bacchus, Müller-Thurgau, Kerner, Domina, Gewürztraminer, and Weißburgunder.
