After a year of careful planning and another year of construction, the new vinotheque opened its doors in August 2010, offering a welcoming space for wine enthusiasts.

The winery features a spacious courtyard that invites visitors to enjoy the outdoors. Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and airy atmosphere, complemented by a striking lime-green counter. The design balances modern aesthetics with the warmth of a traditional wine bar, where tables and benches beckon you to savor a glass of wine. An open staircase leads to the whiskey distillery, while the upper floor houses a large event hall, perfect for gatherings. The building harmonizes beautifully with its rural surroundings.

An unforgettable experience and a wonderful gift idea for all lovers of good wine and those who want to become one. What awaits you: a covered wagon ride (with small refreshments in the form of pastries) through the village and the idyllic vineyards of the Mößlein winery paired with a wine tasting of first-class Franconian wines from our own house and humorous and educational accompaniment from the extremely charismatic Martin Mößlein 'being trained to become a winemaker' in an entertaining manner. It's really fascinating what you can learn about wine, cultivation, grape varieties and plant protection. The tour lasts approximately 2 hours in total. By the way, we discovered our absolute favorite Franconian wine, the type of wine 'Summer Dream', which we were able to taste during the tour, and we wouldn't want to be without it for any occasion. I would like to say something absolutely positive about the great hospitality of the Mößlein family and Martin's wonderful mother-in-law, Anita. You really don't let your guests miss out on anything, you always have an open ear and you're not above refilling the gift several times :-) After our 3rd covered wagon ride within 12 months: An unreserved recommendation for every adult for a unique (or repeated :-)) experience that you will never forget. My biggest thanks to Martin Mößlein and his family.

A great wine cruise on a sunny Saturday morning. The junior boss Martin knows how to take the guests along in his humorous way and you even learn something about viticulture!😁 An all-round successful trip! Is really recommended! And finally: the wines presented were also very tasty!
