In the region of Baden, the Hunn Family cultivates many different Pinot grapes, such as Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir. The estate grows in various other grape types, vibrant Müller-Thurgau, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Auxerrois. With selective handpicking methods, the berries are processed in stainless steel tanks or in their oak barrels. They also produce delicious sparkling and dessert wines and mulled wines as well.
In combination with the contemporary cellar, the winery also has a home distillery. Moreover, the wine tasting for guests takes place in the tasting room. For six weeks in the summer, the Strausse – an open-air, flowery decorated courtyard restaurant with traditional food and wine from the region is open for business.
