Commitment to Organic Winemaking

With a commitment to organic farming since 1993, the Vorgrimmler family combines traditional grape cultivation techniques with modern innovations. Since 2006, they have been crafting award-winning wines that biodynamically. Their estate spans 3.2 hectares, where they cultivate a diverse range of grape varieties.

Vineyard Varieties and Wine Production

The vineyards are situated in Breisgau, at the southern end of Tuniberg, benefiting from ideal soil, sunlight, and climate conditions. Here, the winery grows premium varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris, along with fruity Pinot Blanc and Cabernet Blanc. After hand-harvesting and meticulous berry selection, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Klaus Vorgrimmler Winery produces a variety of exquisite wines, including high-quality red and white wines, as well as rosé and sparkling options. The traditional red wines are aged in barrels and barriques of various sizes, allowing for optimal maturation and refinement until the next harvest.
