Prime Vineyard Locations

The vineyards at Weingut Krispel benefit from an ideal combination of soil, climate, and rainfall, making it a prime location for grape cultivation. The estate primarily grows Sauvignon Blanc, Gelber Muskateller, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay. These carefully selected grapes are used to produce a range of outstanding red, white, rosé, and sparkling wines, all crafted in their state-of-the-art wine cellar.

Artisan Winemaking Techniques

The winemaking process at Krispel Winery begins with fermentation, which can occur through the addition of yeast or naturally with local yeasts. This fermentation lasts between 10 to 30 days, requiring careful temperature control to ensure the desired flavor profile. After fermentation, the wines are aged in stainless steel tanks or wooden barrels, allowing them to develop their signature taste and rich aromas.
