Growing organic wines for a long time, now, centuries to be more precise, Weinhaus Pfaffman have a philosophy that they abide by and carry forward to only borrow from nature and live with and from nature. This is why they produce organic wines and wines that can be made in the most natural way possible. They use plant protection and fertilizer as little as possible.
Weinhaus Pfaffman Have Their Own Energy Concept
The energy concept at Weinhaus Pfaffman consists of using service water from cisterns, using photovoltaics: 3500 sq m with 317 kw. Besides this, the winery also uses waste wood from the vineyards for heating. All this ensures that there is optimal utilization of available resources and they take as little as they can from nature.
Terroirs That Are No Less Than Wonderland
Weinhaus Pfaffman is a small winery with big dreams. In addition to their wine house, they also run wine and fruit growing. Their terroirs comprise 35 hectares of vines, 9 hectares of apples, 1 hectare of Williams Christ pears, 5 hectares of apricots and an inhouse distillery.
