Founded in 2001, Chelti winery began construction in 2005 and opened its doors in 2006. The highlight of the winery is its underground wine cellar, situated 7 meters below ground. As a family-owned business, Chelti is dedicated to producing award-winning wines that are handcrafted with care. Their diverse selection includes unique and traditional white and red varietals, ensuring there is something for every wine enthusiast.

The winery employs both classical and traditional winemaking methods, utilizing grape varieties such as Saperavi, Rkatiteli, Mtsvane, Kisi, and Khikhvi.
