You will be picked up in front of the Hotel Le Bristol (address: 44 Cours Jean Jaurès 84000 Avignon) in my vehicle with a maximum of 7 seats, including the driver.
from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Châteauneuf du Pape
You will be treated to wine tastings in two very different Châteauneuf-du-Pape wineries. The village offers a wide variety of wines from one winery to another thanks to the flexibility of the blending rules. Although the main grape varieties are Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre for red, as well as Clairette, Grenache, and Roussanne for white, the appellation has a list of 13 grape varieties for the production of its wines, with no restrictions on their use, which means that the wines can be single-varietal or blends of 2, 3, 4, up to 13 grape varieties. The two wineries visited, although family-owned and historically rooted in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape area, will offer completely different wines, whether white or red.

You will be dropped off at the same location as the pick-up, in front of the Hotel Le Bristol in Avignon.
