Red wine. The grapes used are: Corvina and Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara typical crops of the Valpolicella Classica. The wine is processed with the traditional method, classic blend, destemming, fermentation in steel tanks for about 10 days, frequent pumping over and daily checks. Maturation in steel and refinement in the bottle. 13% Vol. Ruby red color with purplish reflections, an intense, persistent taste on the palate. Aromas of red fruit, with a prevalence of cherry. Complexity that from the nose is confirmed in the mouth, with additional spices and a savory finish reminiscent of mineral and almond. It can be accompanied by appetizers and first courses of soups and pasta or second courses of meat and lightly aged cheeses. It maintains its characteristics for more than 5 - 6 years; like all wines it must be kept in cool (below 18 degrees) and dimly lit places not subject to high temperature changes.
