Once you've arrived in Citille di Sopra, Fabio and his staff will visit the nearby vineyard and explain our cultivation methods. From there, we'll move to the cellar, where you'll see and learn about the various stages of the winemaking process, from the arrival of the grapes in the cellar, to the aging in oak barrels, to the bottling process. We'll then move to the panoramic tasting room, where our wines will be served, accompanied by freshly prepared local dishes. Throughout the tour, we'll be available to provide any further information you may need about the various processes, from the vineyard to the bottle. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to contact us; together, we'll find a way to make your visit unforgettable.

What a wonderful place! Upon a local’s recommendation we reached out for a wine tasting by text at this family-run vineyard and were accepted the same day. Follow google maps directions and continue on the narrow gravel road - it will lead to several wineries. Marco was standing outside waiting for us when we arrived! He had finished work in the fields early to give a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar, noting the whole grape to glass process and could not have been more kind and generous with his time (Note he very kindly offered the tour in English for us). After this we enjoyed a wine tasting including their delicious brunello, in addition to their own olive oil. Highly recommend prioritizing this wine tasting, it is well worth it to see such an obviously passionate group of people taking such care in their craft in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

Fantastic contact! We enjoyed a superb Brunello at a restaurant. The winery staff contacted us via WhatsApp and we were able to spontaneously visit the winery and buy some wine, even though they were officially closed. Thanks again! We'll definitely be back for another tasting :)

Pochi giorni fa ho avuto il piacere di poter visitare per la seconda volta le terre magiche di Citille di Sopra di cui Fabio, il proprietario, si prende cura con rara dedizione. Ho avuto modo di assaporare il suo eccellente vino, accompagnato da una generosa degustazione di cibo di ottima qualità, preparata per noi con grande cura. La tenuta di Fabio è molto più che una semplice azienda agraria, e il suo vino è molto più che Brunello. Viene offerta una vera e propria esperienza sensoriale, che permette di passare un pomeriggio fuori dal tempo e dallo spazio, rimanendo ammaliati dalla bellezza del luogo e dalla magia dei frutti della sua terra.
