The winery practices organic farming and actively reduces plastic use. Approximately 80% of the energy consumed is generated by a photovoltaic system installed on 750 square meters. Additionally, water used in the winemaking process is recycled to irrigate vineyard crops, conserving resources while providing essential nutrients for healthy growth.
