In Collaboration with the University of Firenze
Established in the early 1900s by Saverio, a great-grandfather of the current owner, the Ladogana winery has a long journey of producing Pugliese wines. Later in 1956, his son Franco acquired the winery and continued his father’s work with sheer commitment and dedication. He even collaborated with various universities, such as Accademia della Vite e del Vino in Firenze and other wine sectors to learn more about wines and improve their production. At present, Ladogana Daniela handles the administration of the winery and Frank Ladogana manages the commercial affairs of the estate. The construction of a brand-new cellar, equipped with a wide range of modern technologies, took place in 2015, preserving the authenticity and tradition of the winemaking family. It consists of wooden oak barrels and barriques for the aging process and refinement of wines.
