Bodega Huellas del Tiétar: vino, paisaje y gastronomía en el corazón de Gredos

En el corazón del Valle del Tiétar, a los pies de la Sierra de Gredos, se encuentra Huellas del Tiétar, una bodega familiar enclavada en el pequeño pueblo de Lanzahíta (Ávila). Rodeada de higueras, pinos, fresnos y olivos centenarios, la finca ofrece un entorno natural privilegiado donde el vino y la tierra se expresan en perfecta armonía.

El proyecto nace en 2013, impulsado por Feliciano Conde y su hija Teresa, con el propósito de recuperar viejos viñedos de Garnacha y elaborar vinos que transmitan la identidad del territorio. Desde 2017 formamos parte de la Denominación de Origen Protegida Cebreros, con un firme compromiso hacia la sostenibilidad y el respeto al medio ambiente.
RLas uvas, principalmente Garnacha, Verdejo, Syrah y Tempranillo, se vendimian a mano y se transforman cuidadosamente en vinos llenos de carácter, fermentados en depósitos de acero inoxidable y criados en barricas de roble.

Además, Huellas del Tiétar ofrece una experiencia completa gracias a su restaurante propio, donde la cocina de autor y el producto local se unen para crear maridajes únicos con nuestros vinos. A ello se suma La Quesería de María, nuestra quesería artesanal, que elabora quesos de leche de cabra de excelente calidad, un complemento perfecto para nuestras catas.

Very nice place with very good value for money. The visit to the winery was very pleasant. Isabel treats you very sensitively and professionally. The breastfeeding room is perfect and is located right in the restaurant. An essential point when traveling with a baby and from which you can learn a lot about haute cuisine restaurants. 100% recommended

One of the best restaurants in the area, in terms of decoration and food. It is a restaurant located on the winery estate, created with a taste that brings you peace. The staff is very attentive, sometimes too attentive, even the girl at the reception addresses you by your name (the person who made the reservation) and I don't think so much hospitality is needed. The menu is not very extensive but enough to choose from. Special mention to the low-temperature roasted goat served boneless and the vague potato omelette with artichokes. It is definitely a place to return to.

A very nice restaurant with excellent value for money. Everything was delicious and very well presented, especially the desserts. It's a shame they seated us at a table where the sun shone down on us throughout the meal, with no way to shade it (they have large glass windows that give the space a very natural and pleasant atmosphere), and it was very uncomfortable. They told us they had already ordered some awnings, so if we find out they're already in place, we'll repeat the process to get rid of the thorn... 😜 The waitress we had was super nice and pleasant. 😊

We went to visit the vineyard and eat at a restaurant. The visit was very complete for us and Isabel explained everything to us wonderfully. The restaurant was beautiful and the service was 10. They treated us very well and the food was incredible. The creamy rice and the incredible cheese croquettes and the cheese cake are not to be missed. A wonder if you are in the area.
