Crafting Wine with Heritage Since 1959

The Brugnoni family's winemaking legacy began in the mid-1920s when they settled in Pieve Pagliaccia. Initially engaged in farming and livestock as sharecroppers, a pivotal moment arrived in 1959 when the family took a bold step to purchase the estate. This marked the birth of Brugnoni Agricola, a winery deeply rooted in tradition. Over the decades, we have refined our production methods while honoring our family's connection to the land.

Good cellar with a view. The wines are interesting and the appetizers very appetizing. A very kind girl showed us around the place and explained the different wines they produce. Overall it was a very pleasant and interesting experience.

Thank you Margerita and all at Brugnoni, what a wonderful experience my daughter and I had at your cellar. You were incredibly understanding about our transport delay. We had a detailed explanation of the grape growing and wine making processes and got to see the inside of the cellar and it's equipment. Our tasting experience was charmingly delivered along with tasty regional cuisine. But more than all this, the beauty of the countryside on the way to Brugnoni and at the farm itself was something to behold. I highly recommend this experience.

The visit to the winery includes a brief exposition of the history of the company, an explanation of the winemaking process and finally a wine tasting. Unfortunately, due to the rain we were unable to see the vineyards (which is normally included). A beautiful experience. Aside from the spectacular location and the quality of the products, the kindness with which they welcomed us was truly excellent. If you are in these parts, absolutely not to be missed.
