Very nice visit and with very interesting explanations. The guide is very nice and gives a lot of information. Very informative visit, very pretty castle park. The wine tasting in the library very nice without feeling obliged to buy. The Papillon wine a beautiful discovery. I recommend the visit at 29 €

I arranged a self-guided tour and tasting via the Rue des Vignerons website. The self-guided tour was really unique and took us on a walk around the vineyard and grounds of the property - as well as the vines we saw some interesting wildlife on the walk. After the walk we were treated to a tasting of the wines. The young woman who presented the wines to us spoke excellent English and explained the different characteristics of the wines.

A beautiful estate where we were able to enjoy clear and very interesting explanations about the region, the grape varieties, and the winemaking techniques during our tasting. The wines are of good quality, but I find the prices excessive.

We were able to visit the park and vineyards of this magnificent estate. A wonderful route enhanced by an exceptional territory. We must highlight the admirable work that has been done for generations to have such a park with trees over a hundred years old so well laid out and cared for. The visit ended with a pleasant tasting in the presence of the owner of the estate. We discovered a passionate and exciting winemaker who gave us the opportunity to taste admirable and surprising wines. We were won over on all levels.

Absolutely amazing experience. We walk around the winery and did a wine testing host by the owner. She express all her passion and love for the winery, explaining details from the soil and wine process. Highly recommended ❤️

We booked easily online. We were given a map to explore the vineyards and the park. It is beautiful to walk up to the hill with the vineyards. The tasting was very nice, we got explanations and we could choose what we taste. The production facility was not part of the tour.

Excellent time at Domaine du Closel with a beautiful walk in the vineyards, but also in this magnificent park full of family stories.... stories as we like them at Bavardises! The cherry on the cake, an estate created by a line of women winemakers!

Very interesting and positive experience. Beautiful walk in the vineyard with all the explanations of the case and the types of soil. Benoit super kind and prepared. Enchanting chateau and its park. The tasting was very satisfying and in fact some bottles came home with us. An experience that I definitely recommend.

What a lovely place to taste wine. The location is idyllic and the staff are well informed on how to guide you through the Wine tasting. This vineyard has a lovely park associated with it that make for a nice stroll with a guides to help you understand what your seeing. The old building and the lovely ground contribute toward the award winning wines. I would add this to any serious Itinerary of the Loire River . Structured and yet delicate like its wine.,

Very well managed marketing

A quality organic winery in a beautiful chateau. We didn't visit the winery, but the woman at the shop offered us a tasting of any wine we wanted, explained it to us, and we tasted it at the tables outside. We bought a rosé that we thought was very special and different. Highly recommended.

A beautiful visit, the place is really interesting and so are the wines offered. The owner is very kind, a lovely woman who will be able to tell you everything about her organic production.

A visit to the vineyards, as well as the wine tasting, is well worth the effort. The setting is beautiful, and everything is beautifully maintained.

One of the great Savennieres winemakers, Evelynne de Pontbriand, is making some of the region's best dry Chenin Blanc wine, and her Domaine is worth a visit-- beautiful grounds, informative staff, wonderful wine.
