Located just a few minutes from Tours in the heart of the Loire Valley, Manoir de la Mazeraie is a historic 15th-century estate that seamlessly blends heritage with sustainable viticulture. Re-established as a winery in 2019, the domain is driven by a passion for organic farming and a deep respect for the soil. Visitors are invited to step into a "well-being bubble" where nature and tradition meet, offering a timeless escape surrounded by preserved landscapes and the estate's friendly resident animals.

The experience at the manor extends beyond the cellar to include a holistic approach to hospitality and education.

  • Thematic Experiences: Offers diverse oenotourism activities, including wine tastings paired with chocolate or cheese, as well as specialized visits designed for both adults and children.
  • Eco-Friendly Hospitality: Features unique accommodations such as a luxury ecolodge restored with local materials and a charming independent apartment, both emphasizing comfort and environmental consciousness.
  • Unique Event Space: A seminar and reception hall labeled "Clé Verte" (Green Key) features a rustic wood-fired stove and a creative bar repurposed from an ancient wine press.

Honestly zero complaints! Beautiful room on a beautiful property. Very unique and your own little slice of heaven while you visit Loire Valley. Recommend having a car while you stay here but it’s doable if you don’t mind using Uber or taxis!

We came to this estate primarily for its wine. And we were lucky enough to have a tour of the property with the owner, Alexia. It's magnificent and tastefully done. Alexia is bursting with energy and anecdotes about the estate. A true enthusiast, we can't wait to come back and taste the new vintage! 🤗

We went there for a wine tasting, highly recommend all the wines, particularly the pinot noir. Also purchased some really delicious honey from their hives. Call ahead to reserve a tasting. Alexia is a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay at the lodge. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious, much larger than it appeared in the photos. Nestled in nature, we enjoyed watching the horses, beautiful birds, and even a squirrel. Delicious homemade honey and jam are also available for purchase. This accommodation is highly recommended and a real hidden gem.

Here you can truly unwind and enjoy yourself… The property also offers holiday homes, a seminar and reception room, and is an organic winery. We highly recommend it for a truly delightful getaway!

We were warmly welcomed by the owner for a family tasting and appreciated her good humor, her smile, the little anecdotes about the historic setting, and a special mention for the Malvoisie, which we found delicious. Thank you again and best of luck in this new adventure!
