Devoted to the Production of Lambrusco
Cleto Chiarli shifted to Modena away from the countryside, along with his wife and children in 1850. Ten years later, he stopped working as an innkeeper and devoted himself to the production of Lambrusco. During the spring of 1944, the devastating bombing in Modena carried out by Allied Powers destroyed the winery. But two years later, Giovanni and Giorgio reestablished the estate. In the early 70s, Mauro and Anselmo, members of the fourth generation, took over the company.
