A visit to the Arapri cellars is a must for wine lovers. Anna guides guests step by step through the Champenoise method, telling anecdotes about the history of the cellar. The visit lasts about 90 minutes and ends with a tasting of some of the products from the cellar, which can also be purchased on site. Insignificant price for the experience offered.

A discovery in the historic center of San Severo. When we arrived we couldn't find the cellar because it extends into the "underground" of a noble palace. Many thanks to Daniele for accompanying us on the tour and allowing us to enjoy a piece of history alongside the delicious vintage of Bombino Bianco.

Very positive experience with the AIS BAT Svevia delegation. Visit expertly made by the members of the winery (1st and 2nd generation). The winery is beautiful, obviously the wines are excellent. The path that the wine takes before becoming a classic method is suggestive. Tasted the Pas dose with disgorgement 01/2024. I humbly allow myself to advise you to better manage the wine sales phase, the customer must have answers if he asks. Not having tasted many of your wines, I expect that a few minutes will be dedicated to me during the purchase phase.

Beautiful experience, Anna was really fantastic in explaining the process to us, guiding us through the magnificent underground cellar and experiencing the exceptional tasting of their sparkling wines. First sparkling from South Italy. Amazing winery, I really appreciated the tour: as soon as you're in the underground, where the wine is placed, you are walking literally under the whole city of San Severo! And then, of course, the wines! I have not too much to add (still have to taste the RN)

Amazing! This is a place that will leave you breathless! Here you can understand the passion and love that the owners and the people who work in this winery have. From the front door you cannot understand or immagine what is inside, you will be surprised to walk under the small town! I tasted 4 wines from their production and they are all very good! (for me surprisly good the rosé). Bravo!
