Demi`s Winery is located in Brotseula, in the Qvemo Kartli region, of Georgia. This winery is just 3km from Georgia’s capital city of Tbilisi. Demi’s winery is known for producing high quality natural Georgian wines which are both healthy and easy to drink.

The wines are produced in traditional Georgian Qvevas which are present at the winery combined with modern wine making techniques and processes

Sustainable processing

The Demi’s Winery is well known for having a special facility in which to age wines where the temperature and humidity levels are carefully monitored and kept at a constant level so as to not affect the quality of the wine produced. The company has its very own vineyards where the Chinuri and Tavkeri grape vareitals are produced to make the best red, white and rose Georgian wines. The wine makers at Demi’s Winery process the vineyards using only biologically friendly and sustainable practices and everything that can be done is done to ensure that the ecosystem is left to be self-sustainable.

During the wine making process, no methods, tools or chemicals are used that might change the wine’s natural characteristics. Demi’s Winery produces a wide range of exclusive natural vegan friendly wines including the Tavkveri Rose, the Tavkver, the Saperavi and the Chinuri. Not only does the winery produce wines, it also conducts masterclasses on Goergian food and wine pairings, conducts fishing tours and takes guests on horse riding adventures through the vineyards. The Chateau Demi on the winery property is the heart of this eco-friendly agro tourism initiative.
