Living the Wine Passion

Nebi Winery is a true reflection of passion and dedication. This family-owned winery in Georgia's Kartli region embodies the spirit of winemaking, where every bottle tells a story. The love for their craft shines through in every sip, making their wines a delightful experience for all who taste them.

Crafting Organic Wines

At Nebi Winery, the commitment to quality goes beyond traditional winemaking. They specialize in organic wines, crafted using ancient Qvevri techniques. The grapes undergo 100% skin contact for about five months, allowing the natural flavors to flourish. Minimal human intervention ensures that the wines maintain their authentic character, reflecting the unique terroir of the region.

The Meaning Behind Nebi

The name "Nebi," which translates to "palm of hand" in Georgian, symbolizes the winery's dedication to producing limited quantities of high-quality wines each year. Their focus is on organic practices and exceptional craftsmanship. Nebi Winery primarily produces white wine from the indigenous “Chinuri” grape, with a modest yield of 2.5 tons per year from their 3000 sq/m vineyard.

We celebrated our wedding at this winery and were amazed by the family's hospitality. Everything was at the highest level. Wine, food, master classes on churchkhela and khinkali. There were even Georgian dances. And the decor they gave us was simply fabulous. I sincerely recommend it to everyone for a spiritual holiday and not only
